Official Rules:
   
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. Open only to U.S. residents that own their own home, within a 100 mile radius of Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc.   Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the drawing.   Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Forms must be returned to Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. for entry into the drawing.  Entry forms are available by contacting the office of Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding; at (605) 342-5122, or visiting the showroom located at: 4111 Triple Crown Dr., Rapid City, SD 
4. Limit one entry per household. All entries become the property of Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. and will not be returned.
5. Semi-finalists will be drawn throughout the year. 50 semi-finalists will be selected on each of the following dates: February 15th,  May 5th, and August 25th. Each semi-finalist drawn throughout the year will be notified by certified mail and issued a preregistration card. This card must be presented to Hagen Glass staff during the public event held on Nov. 2, 2013. Semi-finalists will be drawn multiple times during the public event held on Nov. 2, 2013.   
6. Names of all semi-finalists drawn will be entered in the final drawing for the Home Makeover winner.
7. Winner will be selected from all of the eligible entries during a public event held at the office of Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. on Nov. 2, 2013. Winner must be present to win.  Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries received.  
8. All applicable taxes, fees, or other charges associated with winning grand prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
9. One prize will be awarded, up to the amount of $10,000.00 and can be used for any residential products offered by Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. If additional improvements are required over and above the $10,000.00 amount; the winner shall bear the remaining costs associated with the project.
10. If the winner has already purchased entire home improvement products available from Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. within the past 10 months, reimbursement to the homeowner will be made for the amount purchased (up to $10,000.00).
11. Only products authorized and used by Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. will be included in this offer. Installation must be through Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. Transfer or assignment of the prize by the winner to another individual or party will not be permitted.
13. Offer must be accepted and utilized for home improvement products within 12 months of the presentation of the prize.
14. Entry into the drawing authorizes Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. to use winner’s name, city of residence, interviews and photographs for advertisement purposes and other marketing promotions, without further payment or consideration.
15. Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel this offer; in whole or in part, without prior notification.
16. Winner agrees to release and hold harmless Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. and any of its employees or agents from any claims or losses resulting from this drawing or awarding of the prize.
17. Winner will be publicly announced and awarded prize on Nov. 2, 2013. Winners name and photograph will be posted on Hagen Glass, Windows & Siding, Inc. website after that date.
18. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAW. ANY PERSON(S) CONNECTED TO SUCH ACTIVITY WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
